What is an Apostille ?

Apostille is the legalization/Attestation of a certificate for international use in all countries that belong to the Hague Convention.

How many days it take for attestation ?

It would normally take 7 - 12 days for attestation from all departments including Ministry of External Affairs and Embassies like UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi etc.

What documents to I have to send for attestations ?

If it is an Educational Document, you need to send your original degree along with a copy of your Passport, Final year marksheet plus one passport size photograph. If it is a Marriage Certificate/Affidavit or a Birth Certificate, you need to send the Original Certificate and copy of your Passport only. If Commercial/Exports documents than covering letter favor to Embassy/Consulate along with chamber attested document which to be attest from Embassy

What is Embassy Legalization / Authentication ?

Embassy Legalization/Authentication process is required, when the country where you intend to use your documents is a non-member of the Hague Convention ( Non HCCH Member ).

Should I attest the Originals or photocopies ? What if laminated ?

Only Commercial document can attest on photocopies. For Educational and Non Educational, Attestation is done on the reverse of the Originals. If originals are laminated, we will remove the lamination and get the attestation done.

How do I know the status of my certificate attestation ?

Indian citizens require a visa to enter Jordan. Here are the visa requirements for Indian citizens:

A valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining from the date of entry into Jordan.

A completed visa application form.

Two passport-size photographs.

Proof of accommodation in Jordan.

Proof of sufficient funds to cover your stay in Jordan.

A return or onward ticket.

A visa fee.
